1.1 adds multiplayer

One player requested this feature:
> Allow arrow keys in addition to WASD
Instructions unclear, added multiplayer instead. Using a gamepad or the arrow keys will spawn another player, who can add to the shared health pool and grab gems. If either player is hurt, they become inactive until they move again; and the camera will ignore them. New players can't join if there isn't enough health. Only one player is targeted at a time, and that player has a red crosshair.
If you enter the portal with a ship, you'll start with that ship, so if you'd like, you can actually play singleplayer with just the arrow keys.
Other changes:
- Fixed crash with the final boss
- Changed rockets dramatically; they now bounce off walls, randomly target, and provide less fuel, but the ships fire much less before dying
- More mines are dropped
- Bullets are now fired in volleys depending on the size of the ship
- All these changes are reverted in classic and triplethreat, which are identical to how they worked before. Old scores can be kept.
- A stopwatch has been added per player, with the longest one showing in the final score menu (in their color)
- Score now shows your gamemode at the top
- A slight grid has been added to aid with navigation
Additional in 1.1.1:
- Fixed one of the audio looping bugs
- Fixed the timer counting while paused
- Added the ability to turn on and off some effects (7-0)
- Grid is far more pronounced and off by default (press 0 to toggle)
- Reduced Wolf (rocket ship) life by 12 rounds for all versions in Standard
